April LTADD Employee of the Month: Nick Douthitt

By

At LTADD, our mission is driven by the talented individuals who work behind the scenes to improve our region’s infrastructure and services. This month, we are proud to spotlight Nick Douthitt, our April Employee of the Month, whose technical skills and positive attitude have made him a standout member of our team.

Nick serves as an Engineer Technician for LTADD. For those who might not be familiar with the technical side of our operations, Nick is a key player in bringing physical improvements to life. He spends his days utilizing GIS and AutoCAD to create the detailed design and construction plans that form the blueprint for regional projects.

Beyond his desk, Nick takes to the skies as a certified Part 107 Drone Pilot, providing a unique perspective and cutting-edge data for our engineering efforts.

Having been with LTADD for 10 months, Nick has quickly integrated into our culture. When asked about his favorite part of the job, he points directly to the environment and the impact of his work:

“Just being around such positive people that truly enjoy what they do is the best part of working here. I get to be involved in the design of projects that the community can use and take notice of.”

Living in Eastview in Hardin County, Nick is not just an employee; he is a neighbor invested in the growth of our area. He wishes more residents and local leaders realized the sheer breadth of support LTADD provides.

From Engineering and Marketing to Workforce development and services for the aging population, Nick advocates for the community to fully utilize the diverse resources available right here at LTADD.

Nick’s dedication to precision in design and his genuine appreciation for his colleagues make him an invaluable asset to the Lincoln Trail region.

Please join us in congratulating Nick Douthitt on being named the April Employee of the Month! We look forward to seeing the continued impact of your hard work on the projects that shape our community.
