LINC Division Grows with Addition of New Senior Account Manager
Our LINC team continues to grow. Join us in welcoming Addison Williams, who is part of the LINC Division as a senior account manager.
Addison brings a unique blend of professional expertise and a deep-seated passion for community growth to our organization. A resident of Hardin County, she understands the pulse of our region and the vital role that local development plays in the lives of our neighbors.
For Addison, joining LTADD was about more than just a new job, it was about finding a mission that resonated with her roots.
“I wanted to work for LTADD because I was looking for an opportunity to combine my creativity and professional experience with meaningful work that supports the local community,” Addison said.
Coming from a family of small business owners, she has a firsthand appreciation for the grit and vision required to build something from the ground up. This background gives her a unique perspective as a senior account manager, as she understands the dedication behind the businesses and organizations that keep our eight-county region thriving, and is better positioned to serve them through her work with LINC.
Beyond the work itself, Addison was seeking a professional home that valued collaboration.

When she isn’t busy supporting our local communities, Addison stays active and connected. She is a big believer in the importance of quality time, frequently spending her off-hours with her fiancé, friends, and family. She also enjoys cooking, going for walks, exercising, and traveling to anywhere with a beach.
