Program Spotlight: Help Finding Aging & Disability Resources is Only a Phone Call Away

By

Navigating the complex world of healthcare, long-term support, and disability services can be overwhelming. Whether you are a senior planning for the future, a family member caring for a loved one, or a professional seeking the best for your clients, knowing where to turn is the first step toward peace of mind.

The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) functions as a one-stop shop for aging and disability information, programs, and services. At the Lincoln Trail Area Development District, the ADRC provides individuals with all the information and resources they may need to make informed choices and to streamline access to long-term support.

The ADRC provides information and assistance to:

  • Individuals needing public or private resources.
  • Professionals seeking assistance on behalf of their clients.
  • Individuals planning for their future long-term care needs.

The main purpose of the Aging and Disability Resource Center is to provide comprehensive information, assistance, referrals, and outreach for all community resources. These programs are vital for the health and independence of our community and are funded under Kentucky Medicaid, The Older Americans Act, and Kentucky Revenue programs.

Our services are available to any senior, caregiver, family member, or professional partner who resides in our eight-county service area of Breckinridge, Grayson, Hardin, LaRue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, and Washington counties.

If you or a loved one needs assistance, we are just a phone call away. Please contact the Lincoln Trail Aging and Disability Resource Center at 270-737-6082.

Let us help you find the answers and resources you need to stay independent and informed.
