SHIP Open Enrollment a success

This year’s State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) Open Enrollment was a tremendous success serving 539 seniors in the Lincoln Trail region. Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD) is a designated local SHIP that provides in-depth, one-on-one insurance counseling and assistance with Medicare.

SHIP helps eligible Medicare beneficiaries review Medicare plan options during the Fall Open Enrollment Period (October 15 to December 7, 2025). SHIP offers confidential, unbiased guidance from trained and certified Medicare experts to help beneficiaries make important decisions about their care and benefits at no cost.

Thank you to the LTADD the dedication LTADD counselors and staff who helped make this year’s Open Enrollment smooth, efficient, and impactful for the older adults in our region.
