RFP: Partner with LTADD to serve our region’s seniors
The Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD) is seeking experienced and qualified organizations to provide important services for our aging population. LTADD is looking for partners to help administer programs through the Title III Older Americans Act, Kentucky Homecare, and the Expanded Senior Meal Program.
Service Period: Fiscal Years 2027 – 2029.
Effective Date: Agreements begin July 1, 2026.
Location: Services will be provided across the eight-county Lincoln Trail region.
If your organization is interested in applying for funding to provide aging services in the Lincoln Trail area, don’t miss these critical dates and details:
- January 19, 2026: Deadline to submit your mandatory written Letter of Intent to apply.
- February 9, 2026: Applications will be released electronically to interested parties.

- Letters of intent must include a contact person and an email address.
