March LTADD Employee of the Month: Marlessa Stark

LTADD named Quality Assurance Specialist Marlessa Stark the Employee of the Month for February 2026. Each month, LTADD celebrates one of its own who goes above and beyond for their coworkers and/or clients.

Marlessa stepped in to cover the responsibilities of the quality assurance director during her maternity leave and did an outstanding job. She excelled in this role by helping monitor programs and oversee staff while also working closely with senior centers to ensure compliance. Marlessa is truly an asset to LTADD. She has a kind heart and is always the biggest cheerleader for her teammates.
