LTADD Welcomes New Hires

We are thrilled to introduce the newest additions to the Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD) team, Izzy Miller and Olivia Powell!    

Izzy joins us as our new Community Asset Planner as part of the CAPE Division. A resident of Cub Run in Hart County, Izzy brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to our organization.    

Before joining LTADD, Izzy worked with the USDA, where they had the opportunity to collaborate with various Area Development Districts (ADDs). 

“I was always highly impressed with them and thought that I might want to work for an ADD someday,” Izzy said. When the chance to join our team arose, Izzy jumped at the opportunity and, “I am very happy that I did!”    

When not at the office, you can likely find Izzy staying active outdoors. An avid runner and hiker, Izzy particularly enjoys exploring the trails at Mammoth Cave National Park.    

Olivia joins us as our new Waiver Case Manager in the CASE Division. Based in Radcliff, Olivia was drawn to LTADD because of the friendly and welcoming atmosphere she experienced throughout the hiring process.

When she isn’t busy assisting our community members, Olivia enjoys spending quality time hanging out with friends and taking the time to relax.
