LTADD releases 2025 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Update for the region

Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD) recently released the 2025 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) update for the eight-county region.

The CEDS is a regionally-driven, strategy-based plan that guides economic development to create jobs, diversify the economy, and increase prosperity and fundamental to the U.S. Economic Development Administration programs. The CEDS outlines goals, objectives, and action plans based on a thorough analysis of the region’s strengths and weaknesses.

The draft version of the CEDS was available for review for 30 days in September and October. Citizens were able to provide feedback that shaped the final version of the update.
