Lincoln Trail Area Development District named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Kentucky

The Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD) is proud to announce it has been selected as one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Kentucky. This marks the 22nd year for the awards program, which recognizes companies across the Commonwealth for their commitment to workplace excellence and employee satisfaction.

The unranked list of winners was released today by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM Kentucky). LTADD was recognized in the Small Business category, which includes companies with 15 to 149 employees.

“Being named one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky is a significant honor for our entire team,” said LTADD Executive Director Daniel London. “This recognition reflects our dedication to fostering a supportive, engaging, and rewarding environment for our employees, who work tirelessly every day to serve the Lincoln Trail region.”

The selection process, managed by the Workforce Research Group, involves a rigorous two-part assessment: an evaluation of company policies, practices, and demographics, followed by an in-depth employee survey to measure the internal workplace experience.

Final rankings for the 100 winning companies will be revealed during the 22nd Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky awards dinner on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at the Central Bank Center in Lexington.
