January LTADD Employees of the Month: Jackie Masterson and Anthony Hellmueller

Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD) named Workforce Services Director Jackie Masterson and Assistant Workforce Services Director Anthony Hellmueller the Employees of the Month in January 2026. Each month, LTADD celebrates one (or two) of its own who goes above and beyond for their coworkers and/or clients.

Not long before Christmas when Ford Motor Co. and SK On announced they were parting ways, about 1,500 of our neighbors received devastating news: Their jobs were being terminated and they would be laid off. 

The Workforce Services team at LTADD sprang into action. 

Through their Rapid Response efforts, Masterson and Hellmueller have worked with state and local agencies and organizations to ensure that impacted workers have the resources they need to support their transition back into the workforce. 

“It is all hands on deck here at LTADD. Jackie and Anthony have stood out in that effort as they worked most of their holiday to ensure we were in a position to hit the ground running in the New Year as the short timeline makes this the most urgent matter for our staff. They have demonstrated that urgency through their actions and are doing everything in their power to connect these displaced workers with employers needing to fill vacancies and other services to meet their needs.”
