Infrastructure Specialist

Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD) is a multi-jurisdictional, planning and development agency located in the heart of Kentucky seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to serve as Infrastructure Specialist. Position is responsible for assisting local governments in the development and funding of infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, and transportation) within the Lincoln Trail region. Specializing in securing and managing grants and loans while concentrating on providing technical assistance and training to navigate federal and state regulations related to projects/funding. Heavy emphasis on data collection, report formulation and analysis, and research and grant writing.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Public Administration, Political Science, or related field; and at least one-year related experience. Knowledge of GIS is a plus. The region is best served with a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. Aptitude in relationship building is imperative, aiding in efficient communication across all coordinating planning agencies and local, state, and federal officials.
