Engineer Tech

Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD), a multi-jurisdictional, planning and development agency, is seeking a motivated, team-oriented and dynamic individual to serve as Engineer Tech. Position provides assistance to the Engineering Department, contractors, and partners with regional or state-wide engineering projects. Specific areas of work include assistance in schematic, design development and construction documents.

Required: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in science/environmental related field and five (5) years of related experience. Preferred: Master’s Degree.

Applicant must be a subject matter expert and able to administer the Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) for regional contracts. Candidate will consult with state and local government representatives, federal and state engineers and private contractors. This position will be responsible for gathering field data and assisting with field inspections as well as other administrative duties.
