December LTADD Employee of the Month: Kari Hinds

Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD) is excited to announce that Kari Hinds, Finance Manager (Workforce), has been selected as Lincoln Trail Area Development District’s 2025 December Employee of the Month! Each month, LTADD celebrates one of its own who goes above and beyond for their coworkers and/or clients.

Kari is an invaluable asset to the LTADD, working closely with the Workforce team to manage the critical financial aspects of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program. Her responsibilities include tracking WIOA spending and comprehensive financial reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy in the administration of these federal funds.

Kari’s dedication and attention to detail have significantly improved our operational efficiency.
