Community Assessment Survey for Older Adults (CASOA)

Hi neighbors! The Lincoln Trail Area Development District is conducting the 2024 Community Assessment Survey for Older Adults to better understand the contributions and needs of adults 60+ throughout the community. Randomly selected households will receive mailed survey invitations over the next few weeks. Please follow the enclosed instructions to share your input!

If you aren’t selected for this initial survey effort, please stay tuned: The community-wide survey will be open to all residents age 60+ in just a few weeks.
