New Community Asset Planner Joins CAPE Team

Driving regional progress and building stronger communities requires a team that is passionate about making a tangible impact. That is why LTADD is excited to introduce the newest addition to our Community Asset Planning & Engineering (CAPE) staff, Reanna Elam, who joins us as a Community Asset Planner.

Reanna comes to her new role with a clear vision and a deep commitment to community development. She said what drew her to the position is she was inspired by the opportunity “to materialize my professional passions for the regional communities I serve.”

As a Community Asset Planner, Reanna takes on a new role as the primary contact for Regional Transportation Planning and KYTC Roadway Centerline Maintenance Program. In that role she provides regional transportation planning and technical assistance, including transportation data analysis, development of short- and long-range transportation plans, coordination of local projects and programs, and preparation of required KYTC reports. Assists local governments and planning agencies with transportation needs, funding, and project development.

When she isn’t busy mapping out community assets and supporting transportation projects, Reanna loves staying connected to the vibrant energy of the local area. In her free time, you can usually find her listening to music and discovering new tracks, exploring local restaurants and sampling local cuisine, and having fun with friends and making the most of her weekends.
