Multi-jurisdictional, planning and development agency located in the heart of Kentucky seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to provide direct support for a Medicaid funded program.  Position requires Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with 3 years of payroll experience with an understanding of IRS regulations.  Primary job duty includes all aspects of the payroll functions using various financial software programs for multiple Medicaid waiver programs and project billing oversight.  Proficient Excel use required.  Must be able to handle multiple tasks, projects and programs and be team oriented.
