Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD), a multi-jurisdictional, planning and development agency, is seeking a motivated, team-oriented and dynamic professional to join our Finance Administration & Compliance Team (FACT) Division as a Finance Officer.
In this role, you will serve as a lead financial advisor for assigned programs, providing financial oversight, ensuring fiscal accountability, and supporting effective program operations. The Finance Officer is responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and policies while ensuring sound financial management in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). This position will primarily support programs funded by the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA), with a strong emphasis on financial compliance, budgeting, reporting, and financial oversight.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or finance with 1 year of experience. CPA or Master’s degree in Public Accountancy, Public Administration, Business Administration or Finance may be considered in lieu of 1 year of experience requirement.
