New Workforce Development Specialist Joins CRED Team

LTADD is excited to announce our newest team member, Marcellos Jackson, who joins us as a Workforce Development Specialist.

An Elizabethtown resident, Marcellos brings a strong background to our workforce team, where he will focus on connecting local job seekers with meaningful employment opportunities and supporting employers across our region’s vital industries.

Marcellos said he was motivated to step into this pivotal role.

“I was interested in learning more about workforce development,” he said. “LTADD was a good opportunity that fit my previous educational and professional experience.”

Beyond his professional work strengthening regional workforce pipelines, Marcellos enjoys spending his free time outdoors and diving into new subjects. He enjoys birdwatching, reading, exploring nature, and traveling, though he candidly notes he prefers doing so “except for when it is hot outside.”
