New Finance Officer Joins FACT Team

LTADD is excited to announce the newest addition to our team, Heather Mooney, who joins us as our new Finance Officer.

A resident of Elizabethtown, Heather brings professional experience and a strong commitment to public service. Her background will be invaluable as she helps manage regional financial operations to keep our programs compliant, effective, and positioned for long-term growth.

Heather was enthusiastic to take this role because she saw it aligning her career with a community-focused mission.

“I wanted to work at the LTADD because I felt it was a place where I could use my professional experiences and skills to support my community,” she said. “I was drawn to LTADD because of its reputation for being a mission-driven workplace made up of hardworking and positive people!”

Outside of her work managing financial details, Heather enjoys an active lifestyle filled with family, music, and travel. You can often find her spending quality time with friends and family, attending live concerts, diving into a good book, fitting in a workout, or relaxing at the beach.

We are thrilled to welcome Heather to the district and look forward to the impact she will make for the communities across our eight-county region.
