February LTADD Employee of the Month: Dee Brown
Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD) named Finance Officer (CASE/LTADD) the Employee of the Month for February 2026. Each month, LTADD celebrates one of its own who goes above and beyond for their coworkers and/or clients.
Dee is working to streamline processes and is responsible for all the invoicing and accounts for the CASE Division as well as learning FACT Division Director Jane Alsip’s role as Jane approaches retirement.

She is highly capable, able to figure things out with little to no instruction, and has already cleaned up several of our processes while working seamlessly across other departments.
