Dee Brown Promoted to Chief Financial Officer
Behind every successful community initiative, infrastructure upgrade, and local support program is a foundation of strong financial stewardship. That’s why we are thrilled to announce a major milestone for our team: Dee Brown has officially been promoted to Chief Financial Officer.
Having served as a vital and trusted team member over the past year, Dee brings both financial expertise and a deep personal commitment to the communities across our eight-county region.
In her new role as CFO, Dee will oversee the receipt, payout, and recording of crucial federal, state, and local funds. She will also lead the preparation, presentation, and reporting of these financial resources to leadership, our Board, and various government entities, ensuring complete transparency and accountability in how regional dollars are put to work.
For Dee, the numbers on a balance sheet represent something much bigger: the well-being of the people who call our region home. When reflecting on her time with the organization, Dee highlighted what makes her work so rewarding:
