The BRIC grant, funded through FEMA, provides planning grants to the 15 Area Development Districts across the state to help identify the critical facilities, undertake hazard mitigation projects, and reduce risks from disasters and natural hazards. In partnership with the KY Energy and Environment Cabinet, this first meeting will discuss regional surveying of critical facilities for energy capabilities to enhance energy resilience and security in the Commonwealth.
