New Waiver Case Manager Joins CASE Team

At LTADD, our mission is driven by a passionate team dedicated to uplifting our region, strengthening infrastructure, and improving the lives of our residents. This month, we are thrilled to welcome our newest team member, Abby Hicks, to the LTADD family!

Abby joins us as a Waiver Case Manager. In this role, she will work directly with individuals and families across our communities, guiding them through essential care programs and helping them access the resources they need to thrive independently.

When it comes to choosing a career path, Abby knew she wanted her daily efforts to center around making a tangible difference. 

“I wanted to work at LTADD because I am interested in being a part of an organization that supports local communities and helps improve the quality of life for others,” Abby said. “I like the idea of doing work that has a meaningful impact and contributes to positive change in our region.”

Abby’s heart for service aligns perfectly with our core values, and we know her compassion and dedication will shine through in her advocacy for our clients.

When she isn’t busy coordinating care and helping others navigate regional resources, Abby’s focus turns to her family.

“Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my children and family,” Abby said. “When I get the chance, I also enjoy taking vacations and getting away to recharge.”

Whether she is enjoying quality time at home in Nelson County or taking a well-deserved trip to refresh her spirit, Abby keeps family at the center of everything she does.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Abby’s energy, perspective, and drive on our CASE team. Her commitment to contributing to positive change will leave a lasting impression on the Lincoln Trail region.
