The Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD) is gathering community feedback for the 2026 update of its Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). The CEDS serves as a regional blueprint designed to drive economic growth, guide local investment, foster workforce development, and strengthen regional infrastructure across our eight-county region.
To ensure the strategy reflects the real needs of our communities, LTADD invites residents, local business owners, community leaders, and regional stakeholders to share their thoughts through a brief public feedback survey.
Key areas covered in the survey include:
Local infrastructure and public utility priorities
Job creation, industry development, and workforce expansion
Community assets, downtown revitalizations, and tourism
Quality-of-life enhancements and regional resiliency
Deadline: All comments and survey responses must be submitted by November 2, 2026.
Your input ensures that state and federal economic development investments align with the priorities of our local communities. For more information or questions regarding the CEDS update, please contact the LTADD Economic Development team at 270-769-2393 or visit ltadd.org.
