Job Opening: LTADD Exec. Director  (May 18, 2018)

LTADD is currently seeking applicants for the position of Executive Director. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in planning or related field with a Master's degree preferred. In addition, the candidate should also have a minimum of 5 years experience in public administration, planning, economic development or related fields.

Candidate must have administrative and supervisory abilities and demonstrate diplomacy and sound judgement. Candidate must have knowledge of the physical, economic and social aspects of the counties in the LTADD. The position requires the ability to work primarily with state government and 14 other Area Development Districts. Frequent travel and attendance at after hour meetings will occur.

LTADD is a drug free work place, an EOE, AA, ADA and Title VI employer. This position may require a criminal background check. RFP: Workforce Dev. Youth Services  (May 3, 2018)

The LTADD and the LTWDB is seeking proposals from any governmental, not-for-profit, educational institution or for-profit entity to provide a series of program elements concurrently to young adults (out-of-school youth ages 18-24). Programming should be innovative and tap into other community resources for other services that may be needed for successful participation by the youth.

Sealed proposals for the following work can be mailed or hand-delivered to: Sherry L. Johnson - Associate Director, Lincoln Trail Area Development District, 613 College Street Road, Elizabethtown, KY 42701 until 12:00 PM EST (local time) May 25, 2018 for furnishing labor and materials and performing all work as set forth in this Request for Proposals.

Annual Meeting - 50th Anniversary  (April 18, 2018)

Mrs. Cederholm was recognized for her many years of service to her community and her efforts in helping older Americans.
