The Lincoln Trail ADD has been designated as the Local Workforce Investment Area (LWIA) for employment/training programs in Central Kentucky. On behalf of the Lincoln Trail Workforce Investment Board (LTWIB), the LTADD administers WIA Title I programs that provide employment and training services to eligible employers, future employees and the underemployed. The Lincoln Trail ADD has staff located at the Lincoln Trail Area Career Center to provide information, eligibility determination, referrals and case management activities to anyone seeking services/information/assistance. The Employment/Training Department also administers an array of other federal and state employment/training programs.
